Sumdex warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship.

Sumdex's company policy states that a defect is a premature failure of materials and/or factory workmanship that causes the product to not work or look as intended.

All materials have a limited lifespan, depending on personal usage. Under this warranty, failure as a result on wear and tear on materials is not covered. When evaluating a warranty claim, Sumdex performs an inspection of the product in question and will decide to accept or deny a claim based on their findings.

In cases where a defect in materials or workmanship is found, Sumdex will repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the product with a comparable model. Should you have a question, or need repair, simply contact Sumdex by mail, email or phone explaining the defect. Please be ready to provide proof of purchase, your name, complete address and daytime phone number. A Sumdex customer service representative will inform you where to mail your luggage, prepaid for warranty evaluation. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
